In what context would it be be used?
 
Whenever someone posts something like "fail" or "epic fail" or "SCUZZLEMONKEYS" you can reply with "Oh no, not another internet meep!" I'm still working on the kinks.

It went though the standard lifecycle of internet memes:

1) Few people use it. They think "Heh that's sort of funny."
2) More people use it. They think "Yeah okay I heard you the first time."
3) Everyone is using it. They think "SHUT UP SHUT UP FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU I WILL EAT YOUR EYES I AM SERIOUS I WILL EAT THEM AND SHIT THEM BACK INTO YOUR EMPTY EYE SOCKETS."

It's changed to "inernet meeps" (because I made a typo.) I think it has more edge that way too.
