I want to smell dark matter


It's been a long time since I read the stories but it feels right and looks like it'll be fun with only puppet dragons.
 
It looks like it will be a lot more fun than House of the Dragon.
 
Maybe they should have done this show first instead of going straight into another incest/dragon/war show.
 
I enjoyed the first episode. Everyone seemed perfectly cast and it effectively set up that the stakes "can this guy who sleeps in a hedge win a tournament?" I liked how it looked like they were about to start playing the same theme music for a third show but then it cut to Dunc shitting behind a tree. Lyonel Baratheon was fun with his antlers and dancing.
 
Second episode was good too. The episodes are short but there was enough satsifying stuff that it didn't feel empty. In fact it felt quite full of characters and humour! I liked that they had a dark-haired Targaryen. The other shows made them all white-haired to avoid confusion or something, so it feels like this show trusts the audience more. The Kingsguard armour looked awesome.

Lyonel continues to be a joy and I bet Tumblr is shipping him and Dunc hard. The kid playing Egg is really good at delivering one liners.

The joust looked really good, much better than in Game of Thrones season 1 (but to be fair that was a long time and lower budget ago.)

Ser Arlan had a really big cock.
