Where is the Random Thread of Randomness stuff that doesn't belong in other threads thread?

 
Just had a bittersweet revelation that punched me in the gut. In here, on my computer while my 9 year old dog snores and dreams in the next room. She has a tendency to be stubborn and overdo it, forgetting she's not a young dog anymore. Then she's sore and wiped out the next day. Previous dog used to do it to and it worries me and makes me wonder why they do it. Then I realize I pretty regularly realize I'm not a young dog and I overdo it and wind up sore and wiped out the next day. It's lovely but sad. I don't know if I could handle being immortal--by any of the different rules. Watching loved ones age so quickly and go, over and over and over again, until the end of time. They did a "Sandman" about it and the man granted immortality never chooses to die. I think I'd get to the point where I would. Just finally move on to whatever's next.
 
 
 


I don't know why youtube showed me this today, but apparently a music video was made for this iconic song about a year ago (it's on the official Christopher Cross channel). It's super cheesy but the women are super cute and I like the cars.

Ye gods, tonight has been schizophrenic. It just buckets down like a bastard. Then it completely stops. Then it comes down. Then it completely stops.

ALSO, I think they were wearing cool clothes. I love the flag jeans.
 
Happyness seems so fragile, you think you are doing ok, then someone says something mean, and suddenly everything is shit again.

I wish I was one of those water off a ducks back guys, but things still get to me, I guess they always will.
 
 
 
 
 
Let's take a moment to discuss Chinese food, of which I just got some of. When it comes down to Chinese mustard, which type do you all prefer? The one that tastes like melted microchips or the one that tastes like liquified pencil erasers?
 
Watching another random episode of the fall guy, Lee Majors looks like he's mid 60, but was actually mid 40s, hard life maybe)

I've never used a Chinese take-out packet of mustard or duck sauce in my existence. Sometimes I'll use the soy sauce, but even then I'll sometimes grab my own bottle from the kitchen instead.
