This was something Bissette and I did for my first book back in the day "The Journal Of Popular Culture #1. That's probably where you saw it. It was one of the first widely distributed UG's thanks to Bob Sidebottom and Bud Plant.
It's also been reprinted a couple of times in a couple of the later Bissette collections, so you may have seen it there too.
