About to do my first supervisions!

First time being a manager, got a few butterflies in my stomach, been in so many of these on the other side, feels weird doing this.

Thanks, I have two members of staff under me now, think it went well first one was 55 minutes second one only 25, I guess the first one had more to say.

I have mine with my new manager tomorrow, I have always had a good relationship with him, but we'll see how it goes.
