Definite behavioral and anger issues. With his outbursts being that intense, behavior modification alone wouldn't be enough. This kid needs some drugs.
Easy and disproportionate frustration could mean some type of learning disability, as well.
The kid definitely needs to get evaluated. Setting up a camera to prove a point won't mean diddlysquat to him. His behavior is too severe to be self monitored without a professional's input.
