...I'm taking a break from this board for two reasons:
1.) RL projects are coming up soon that will sap a lot of my time. For one thing, I'm about to put SuSE 10 on all of my rigs, and that means saving a lot of files, etc...you know the drill. There's an upcoming writing project I'll have to concentrate on, and a few other things. I'm also seriously considering a trip to Singapore perhaps in late November. We'll see.
2.) Honestly, this board is getting boring. Now, I'm all about some good silly fun, but the DualFest in progress is at a level that just doesn't hold my attention. When I find morning children's shows more interesting that TK, something's seriously wrong.
My part in the recent campaign to make EI look at itself in the mirror was interesting, but that's petering out...eh, fun while it lasted, and maybe those dolts learned something. One can only hope so, but I doubt it.
So, I don't know when I'll have the time or inclination to visit again. I'll look in occasionally, but posting or engaging in semi-serious conversation is pretty much out for a while. Here's hoping someone will give this board a good cleaning sometime soon.
