Once upon a time a little old woman known as the T'Bong came into power at a little old BBS known as TrekBBS. She once ruled with dignity, fairness and a sense of integrity. Until the influence and pressure of the novelist known as the garamet took control of the feeble minded T'Bong.
Little old garamet would run to the Bong with any and all problems. She would find her target and be relentess in complaints, demands, and accusations. Being a novelist, the garamet could be quite convincing especially when taking on the role of a victim. When one makes a career of being victimized as does the garamet, one has no problem falling back into that role.
The garamet is quite practiced at bitching, moaning, and grunting in all circumstances both in the bedroom as well as out. One day the garamet saw something that simply brought her to tears. She saw the word Mexifornia. Well the garamet being the kind, sensitive, feeling person she is for the "brown skinned" members of the Mexican community voiced her complaints to any and all staff that would give her the time of day. Finally the Bong swooped into rescue her mentor, savior and friend in the world of fiction. She deemed that Mexifornia is racist and hence forth declared nobody could use that term in her little bbs. The garamet was happy, one of her targets would put down. The garamet hopped from board to board declaring yet another victory against one of her targets and her ability to successfully troll a board that pretends to have rules which does not allow trolling. The feeble minded T'Bong felt all was good in her world as it spins once again.
The garamet having the memory of an elephant than saw something even worse. The city of Calexico being associated with the location of one of her targets. Not being all that intelligent or familiar with the state of California, the novelist once again bitched, moaned, and cried to her partner the feeble minded T'Bong. Again, T'Bong chose to spin her world once again and declare the name of an entire city, an entire community to be a racist term.
Now T'Bong in yet another attempt to not be a feeble minded woman chose to do something revolutionary and something never ever tried before. She decided to change the policies of one of her most popular forums. She decided to remove the rules from the TNZ. Something that she thought long and hard about. Something that she was praised for by the garamet for having the creativity of launching on a holiday weekend. The difficulty, stress, and mental challenge for making such a change definitely took a toll on the Bong. Because in the process of making these changes, items that she had declared to be racist were now once again legal to use. What is the Bonger to do now. What is the novelist the garamet to do when they see terms they consider to be racist before their blood shot, eyes. Only time will tell.
