I'm signed up to participate in a 10 mile obstacle course in September. Most of it I'm not worried about. However, some of it is going to require upper body strength - the A-frame wall and the tire wall. What do you recommend for building upper body strength?
Right now I'm walking only 2 miles in half an hour. Quite often I'll walk all day but at a very casual pace. That would be great if I could concentrate on endurance andnot worry about climbing.
You could always post a photo of a hunky, gorgeous, half or nearly naked male athlete in this thread. I'm not participating in that event because I like to do obstacle courses. Somebody told me they had fallen into a hole and couldn't get out so the Marines overseeing the course came and pulled her out. Maybe they'll have to push me up over that tire wall. I don't know. Seems like the thing is ripe with opportunities though.
