Well I've been banned. Again.

In case you don't know the story, today G4 (formly TechTV) started their run of the original Star Trek series after buying the rights.

Well since the first time since I was a kid I was the episode where the transporter splits Kirk into Good Kirk and Bad Kirk.

The Shocker ?!?

Bad Kirk tries to RAPE Yeoman Rand !!!

I couldn't believe it ! How creepy is that when viewed with what we know about the actress who played her !

When I brought this up at Wordforge I was banned on the spot.

Proving once and for all that Trek Nerds will bury the truth and protect rapists just to keep their pretty little view of Trek clean.

Oh well.

Somebody's going to have to actually pay me to go back to Wordforge this time.
 
Face, Dude, I've started some questionable threads before where I know going into it I'm walking the line. But this thread was completely legit. I didn't even believe I got banned for it at first. I kept trying to remember if I had started another thread that maybe I forgot about. I'd like to log out and see what excuse they came up with to ban me but I don't feel like clearing all my cookies and logging back in to TK and the other boards I have open.

Trivia: the evil Kirk attempted rape isn't the only one Rand faced on TOS. Can you name the other would-be rapist?

Here's some trivia - Para has been banned multiple times BUT every ban has been overturned by Elwood after he found the staff screwed up and shouldn't have banned Para in the first place ! Para has to hand it to Elwood in that he does try to fix mistakes not just cover them up. We'll see if that still holds true.....

Were they writing this stuff in while raping her off screen ?!? So much for Trek being about the "better human race" .

Hey..I couldn't care less. Diacanu did and it is outside the Red Room where trolling isn't allowed. If you wanted to post that you should have done it in the Red Room where no one cares about it.

Diacanu is perfectly within his rights to warn you for that in there. My personal thoughts on it doesn't make any difference..I'm not the one who warned you.

Charlie. [played by Robert Walker Jr.] I forget the episode name, but it was a pretty good episode as I recall.
 
Wait wait, P got warned for trolling G but G could troll me as much as she wanted and then got cunnilingus for it by Cass at the end of the day? Why not take the warning away from Para and chalk it up to you owing me.

The ep was "Charlie X" and Charlie had that glint in his eye when he went into Rand's quarters and told her how much he lusted for her. If you're not convinced, catch the look on Rand's face once she realized what he intended.

And you're right Para...so much for that brave new world, huh.

I was going to answer this, but I hesitate to call it rape. The poor kid doesn't realize what he is doing is wrong and hurtful...he is just acting on impulses he doesn't understand. Although I am sure it was no less scary for Rand in spite of that caveat.

The only thing I can figure is that I was banned for misspelling Garment's name (I still have no idea what the correct spelling is). Which is exactly the newest warning trend at Trekbbs as well ! Hmmm... Go figure.

This is a question, not a troll dumbasses. Garment DID and IS covering for the McFadden Molester right now as we speak in that other thread. I was honestly curious if she would protect the identity of this person as well. I asked this very question in the other thread but recieved no warning for that. Hmm....
