The Cowboys chances of making the playoffs are great dispite their 6-7 record. Just win the NFC East baby.
Dallas Cowboys remaining schedule:
vs Los Angeles Rams (7-5) vs Seattle (10-2), sunday @ Philadelphia (5-7) vs New York Giants (2-10), Sunday vs Washington (3-9) @ Green Bay (9-3), Sunday
If the Giants beat the Eagles Sunday, The Cowboys will be good to go. All three of Dallas games are winnable. So don not count Americas team out.
dallas only needs to beat philadelphia to win their division. dallas has a half game lead over the eagles right now. a eagles lost in their last 4 games most likely means the cowboys will get to the playoff. they will also play the wild-card game at home.
bottom line if the eagles keep losing, then dallas is in. the cowboys can enter the playoffs with a 6-10 record. its a must that dallas wins one game of their remaing games.
the eagles schedule:
vs new york giants (2-10)
at washington (3-9)
vs dallas (6-7)
at new york giants (2-10)
opps! maybe i spoke to soon about dallas getting to the playoffs. philly schedule has a 4-0 record ending to their season.
the giants and redskins has a combine (5-19 .208) record. a (11-26 .297) with dallas...the eagles are (6-7 .461) . .
Philly plays the Giants twice. You seriously think the Giants will win either game? They're still my team but they have sucked shit as of late and it would suck if they eliminated Philly after playing so badly this season. They beat dallas once already iirc and washington currently sucks wind.
In the end, it may be this loss to the Bears that costs them.
I would love to see a Philly/New England Superbowl, or if the Cowboys do manage do do it, to see NE dominate them in the end.
Funny, Back in the Landry/Staubach/Dorsett/Too-tall days they were the best, and the matchups with Bradshaws Steelers was some of the best football of the time.
Eli Manning to start as Giants rule out Daniel Jones, That might be a game changer if Eli Manning keeps the job for the rest of the season. Why keep the rookie playing on a losing team. Save him for next season. All I need is one from the Giants.
Week-14: Sunday, Dec. 9 @ Philadelphia
Week-17: Sunday, Dec.29 vs Philadelphia .
