It's accurate in a very broad sense of the word. As with any propaganda video, it exaggerates the negative aspects of enlisting in the armed forces. But the scenarios that it uses like the Montgomery GI bill, stop loss and unmarketable job skills is accurate.

It's the recruiting information in the video that I have the most problem with though. That's pretty accurate. Whatever means necessary to get a signature on a piece of paper. Recruiters will lie through their teeth to get that enlistment. I know one personally who is under investigation for "guaranteeing" large cash bonuses to new enlistees when they graduate from basic training. He just forgot to tell them that the military never offered the bonuses.
