Getting there. Not going to reach my goals this year because of the compressed disc I suffered in April (and the relapse in August). The tweak in my left wrist is almost gone (been 2 months now), haven't been able to strengthen my forearms and they've atrophied a bit.
I should be hitting my goal of 315 squat sometime early January, I'll be hitting 295 this week on my fourth set.
My deadlift is around 265 at the moment because of the wrist injury. Can't grasp the bar that well. It's also hindered my pullups.
I'm up to 240 pounds now. Cutting fat and still going up in weight... excellent sign. I want to have my 8 pack again and hopefully not suffer any injuries again.
