I'll watch this then post in this thread and maybe one or two other people will as well.

I just started watching this show on netflix and it's AWESOME.

The girl with the cyber boyfriend? She got fed up with him too fast. The sex was excellent and he did whatever she wanted... it would have taken me more than a few weeks to get tired of that.

I think the format of this show is excellent and should really herald a return of the art of short film making.

Charlie Brooker can also do no wrong, unless he murders Conni Huq, votes for the BNP and pisses on the Cenotaph of course.

Sounds Twitter inspired (not a criticism just an observation). Blocking, if that's really happening looks like the most scifi thing they've done yet.

Of course if you block someone there's nothing to stop them writing messages in blood on the floor, right?

I watched an episode of Black Mirror on the tv last night. HOW VERY WEIRD.

The one where they rode stationary bikes and watched porn and abused the fatties who clean up, and also they had a singing competition.

It was very good.

I thought the Oona Chaplin bit could have gone on longer, but I guess it was there to explain how the technology worked (while also being fucking creepy.)

Natalia Tena (Osha) was in it too so that's two GOT actresses okay BET YOU DIDN'T NOTICE THAT.

Jon Hamm is very good at playing sleazy. The part where he was describing how the Cookie works sounded exactly like a sci-fi book I read but I can't remember which book (I know similar concepts have been used in many things, I'm not accusing it of being a rip-off.)

It was the grimmest, most brutal one yet, I think, but very good.

At least in last years episode where people relived their crimes they didn't have to remember it afterwards, and the pig one was amusing. This, aside from occasional witty lines, was relentlessly horrific and depressing.

Well there was the squeaky toy gag, which somehow led to Jon Hamm's wife discovering he'd witnessed the murder.
