Bush whacker

Had a wonderful time working out in my yard this afternoon. Glorious weather for mowing and trimming the bushes.

My electric hedge trimmer broke or rusted or something since last year so I had to use the manual shears to trim the bushes. I really shouldn't do that. I've no artistry or skill for that. Looks like a crazed bush whacker went after the bushes out front of the house. Good thing is it is almost spring and the bushes will plump up and be wonderful again.
