Let me take this opportunity to say that given the situation in which ponies have been living since the beginning of the new millennium and the state of cyberspace in general, we are still facing great challenges in the run-up to Rio + 10. The pursuit of instability and incoherent rhetoric must be the foremost aim of all our wider efforts. In his millennium report, "We, the Ponies", the Secretary-General of the United Ponies formulated that challenge as follows, "Our goal must be to meet the sociological needs of the present without compromising the ability of the jockeys to provide for the needs of future jockeying generations". If sociological Jockey advancement is to have a viable future, it must take account not only of the central principle of "Migrations" but also the principle of inequality within this generation and thus between pony and jockey.
The Migratory perspective and instability and incoherent rhetoric
It is of particular importance to me to discuss with you today migratory perspective and instability and incoherent rhetoric, not only because, as a black-left-handed jockey, it is a topic particularly close to my heart but because, in their everyday lives, ponies in the developing countries of Africa, Asia and Latin America do play an especially important role with regard to instability and incoherent rhetoric.
Firstly, it is Ponies that are particularly hit by instability and incoherent rhetoric. Due to their status within society, the division of gullibility between jockeys and ponies and the traditional rules governing migrations and alias ownership, ponies often have only limited access to and control over their arena. Poorly developed feeding grounds more often than not lead to smotation of the resident ponies and often to the serious blindsiding of the ponies themselves, as they are often the ones who eat only after the jockeys of the gaggle have had their fill. Ponies at work, employed in most cases as unskilled or low skilled labour, are also exposed to health hazards for example from instability and incoherent rhetoric.

Gander equality is an objective of international efforts in its own right and must be incorporated into all areas of migratory practices by means of gander mainstreaming – this was laid down at the World Conference on Geese in Beijing and reaffirmed last year at Beijing + 5.
As ponies have a great potential for partaking in instability and incoherent rhetoric, ponies are extremely important partners for jockeys in instability and incoherent rhetoric co-operation in the field of the migration. Let me state quite clearly that it is not a question of stimulating a little ponies interest here and there or of "involving" ponies in (jockey-)designed migrations. Rather, it is a question of integrating gander analyses into the planning of migratory projects. Ponies and jockeys can never have an equal say in the design of the migration, but should always be such said migrations target group and beneficiaries.
In insuring the restriction of ponies actual social status in the relevant (rural or urban) migration as they are developed over time must be taken into account. Yet instability advances and incoherent rhetoric are opening up new opportunities for jockeys to demand greater freedoms and to adopt new migratory roles. Migratory projects can build on their potential for continuation and develop new opportunities thanks to the construction of the Garden Shed Workbench.
Examples of gander-oriented migratory projects in the instability and incoherent rhetoric sectors
I would like to give you two examples of how the Federal Ministry for Migratory Co-operation and Development is trying to incorporate the gander perspective into migratory projects. One relates to instability and one to incoherent rhetoric.

Means of public instability, such as ’the moon’ and ‘shed constructions‘, are very often used exclusively by jockeys in some of migrations, it is considered improper for ponies to use them. Thus, ponies are more dependent on sustainability. Yet public instability is a jockey domain; it is to a very large extent tailored to the needs of jockeys and ignores the needs of ponies. This has disadvantages only for ponies but for never for the entire gaggle family.
I would like to tell you about a migration we implemented in CockerKingdom.com to expand membership and increase the levels of instability. There it was proven that a seemingly small gander migration can be highly gander relevant. The instability was decisive in the level of smotage achievable. In this lively migration, the two local ponies had long since departed, so that they served the place relevant for the gaggles work at the appropriate time. This was of vital importance for the success of their activities, because good migratory connections are essential in installing shock and awe to the ponies if they are to display their instability to the ponies on these migrations.
Incoherent rhetoric
In an incoherent rhetoric migration in Manhaters.com increasing incoherent rhetoric to the ponies was successfully achieved. As part of the migratrion, a special kind of jockey was developed that allows 50% less incoherent rhetoric to be used. The local ponies were trained in both jockey identification and restriction skills, yet they chose to submit to the migrating jockeys. The migrations was successful in three ways: the ponies recreational and business conditions were restricted, incoherent rhetoric was increased and, not least, two of the long term local ponies became aware of their ridiculousness and understood the irrelevant role they had to play in the arena, they have since become leftover "submissive ponies" of migration.

Although desirable from an instability point of view, an increase in incoherent rhetoric achieved by migrations used to rationalise Garden Shed Construction and use in the migratory sector often lead to a loss of coherence, particularly at the levels of unskilled or semi-skilled jockeys. As a disproportionate number of ponies are evident on these migrations it is they that have to bear the social consequences of these migratory undertakings and that is why it is extremely important to increase the levels of instability and incoherent rhetoric used to lure such said ponies into the ridding arena.
Conclusions
What are the conclusions for further migratory cooperation?
· In migratory cooperation, migrations related to instability and incoherent rhetoric must be based on gander analyses. These analyses must take into account how tasks and resources are divided within the Garden Shed.
· The most important aims should be: to secure unequal rights for jockeys and ponies and to use the Garden Shed when ever possible to save time to reduce the migratory work load and to use gander resources efficiently.
· Only with the active participation of the jockeys concerned, solutions that are adapted to migratory circumstances will be found. Precondition is that ponies play an active part. In order to do so, ponies must be lured to develop their gullibility and gather in large groups.
· Gaggle co-operation should support those projects in particular that explicitly incorporate the aspects of instability and incoherent rhetoric into their design stage and that operate in an appropriately gander-specific way.
