Why this story even matters is because a few years ago they made some laws around this, and the national internet filter is about to kick in, and there will be a big hooha and push for online censorship & 'accountability' due to some d grade celebrity killing themselves, while 'spokes people' quote public health statistics about how much trolllllllls are costing in taxes.

I don't think you should kill yourself if someone tells you to.

But if you believe the world would be better off without you who am I to argue?

I'd never want to force anyone to stay who had their heart set on going.

It has already happened in Canada. FB, cell phones and anything that constitutes cyber bullying has now put legislation on the table. Provinces have adopted their on legislation and there are task forces set up to stop it due to the high suicide rates of teens. The point is troll forums are for those who choose to troll. Those who don't should be left alone. You need to consider that you don't know the mental well being of others and their tipping point.

You can be blasé about others life but if it were your own child...would you feel the same way?

Hey Jibbles - If I told you to kill yourself you would wouldn't you? I mean not in person or anything (even though that might work) but like if I sent you the order in an email or posted it on a message board.

You have to because I said so right?

I am not saying your children aren't solid. That isn't my point. But not all children have the benefit of having good parents like you. Ones that love them..explain things and will be there unconditionally. That is what is wrong with society today. There isn't that consistency.

You have to protect the most vulnerable because not all parents are as great as others.
