M&S go meta (Dawn French has voiced the Christmas fairy for years, but I guess in the universe of this advert she doesn't know that?)



"Nigella pleasures herself with a Greggs sausage roll" was my pitch!

I wonder what @headvoid will think of all this!

I saw a Christmas commercial while watching a Halloween movie. Jennifer Hudson was in the commercial.
I've also seen a target Christmas commercial.

John Lewis advert seems to be confusing a lot of people.



I mean, I think it's pretty clear the idea is she's looking through her memories of her sister to find the perfect Christmas gift for her. But I can see why you might not be exactly sure who the other woman is and if the younger one in the flashbacks is the main character or the sister, or why there's a reflection of the kid in the window at the end. Anyway, it's not one of their best!
