Cock out Time!

For the Server change-I figure this is a perfect time for some bbq!

We need some food:

For the sauce:

1/4 cup vegetable oil

3 to 4 slabs of TK'ers!

To make the sauce:

heat oil. until translucent. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Process until smooth. Chill

Place ribs in a jumbo resealable plastic bag. For each slab of ribs, pour 1/2 cup sauce over ribs; spread to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Reserve remaining sauce.

Remove from bag;
discard used sauce.
Place ribs in center until tender. Brush with some of reserved sauce during last 20 minutes of grilling time.


Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Okay, this thread is confusing. When I first saw it, I thought it said "COOKOUT time. Then I realized it said something else. But then again, it looks like it IS about cookouts. So WTF is this thread about, exactly? 'Cause if it's barbecuing, then cool. If not, then y'all need to clarify so I can, y'know, not bother with it.
