geez, veganmom (and isn't it nice to be known by a dietary practice and the fact you've sprogged?! ) seems to think this is appropriate, hows that for a new brand of insanity.

They've already lost me to their grammer and quoting nazism, how many more will they lose, I wonder.

I'm not even going to get into the fact she spelled defuse wrong.
 
You know, I can't disagree with you at all. It seems to me that some forms of abuse flourish there, while they get all up in arms over a piece of punctuation. It's an absurdity, but one that is now ingrained into the fabric of EI.

But you're certainly welcome here, and we're glad to have you. At least here you can bitch slap a spelling nazi. ;)

"Bitch slap" should be hyphenated, I believe.
 
its not in my dictionary under either spelling...actually its not in there at all.

Oh yes abuse of the PM system and how mods can just ignore 2 PM's then say their sorry. Not to mention how many times the phrase 'Don't feed the trolls' has been posted on that board without any repercussions for the good old EI'er saying it to TK members for months.

Correcting grammar is used on message boards by those people who wish to set themselves apart from the people who correct spelling.
