Crisis on Infinite Jumped Sharks

I haven't watched but a wee bit of this year's Arrowverse (a couple episodes of Flash, and dozed off during Batwoman pilot so I watched it twice.) I dunno what's been what up til now. But I did watch part 1 of the Crisis.

The highlight? Knox from Burton's Batman, and old fat Robin. I sure hope he survives.

Anyways, I felt like the White Canary/ Old Man Arrow scene was a bit pointless, unless they plan on recruiting him for the Mulitversal threat to all existence only a man with a bow, and arrow can prevent!!!

This shits gone downhill, and yes I'm gonna watch ALL OF IT.

It seems like Sky aren't showing it until next year, as at the end of last night's Supergirl they said it returns in the New Year. So I either have to download it all (meh) or just wait (meh?)

No, Supergirl, Batwoman and The Flash are all this year. Sky will never show the Batwoman episode, of course...

As a DC-head, I'm glad that DC heroes gained a foothold SOMEWHERE in pop culture while Marvel was devouring most of it. And I'm happy that all the shows exist and are doing well. But for some reason I never got around to WATCHING any of them regularly. It's a mystery.

Yeah, that's just it isn't it? I was always a DC reader as a kid and Marvel doesn't do anything for me at all, never has. And I too am glad the shows are around, I watch them now and then but I don't know if it's just superhero saturation or what, they're just kinda there.

It's a mystery to me that I never watched an episode of the show that started it all Arrow (Well except the Arrow crossover episodes). Then again I'm not a huge fan of Green Arrow. Nevermind. Mystery solved.

I watched supergirl and batwoman, the story won't make a lot of sense without that episode, and it has some of the best cameos.

I've watched alot of all of them. They all started out strong, before beginning a slow descent into dull, yet outlandish nonsense. None of them could keep the storytelling strengths of their first seasons. Except for Arrow, perhaps. Although I liked alot of the stuff in last the last 2 seasons of Supergirl, and The Flash. But neither was enough to keep me dedicated. I'll catch up eventually, but after the crisis I doubt I'll be in a hurry to resume regular viewership. I've been watching the Crisis on the CW app. Part 2 and 3 were alot better than part 1.

Watched the flash episode, a lot of the crossovers left me cold as I haven't seen any of the other shows.

None of the destruction has any impact, and I think it was a bad place to introduce a new character.

Also wasn't Lex behind a forcefield? How did he get the book?

Seen the last two episodes, as you might expect the legends episode was better than the arrow episode. The 4th wall breaking is approaching deadpool levels.

After watching the conclusion I felt it was the best time to just stop watching this shit altogether. Ill catch up one day when I have nothing else to do. Intrigued by the upcoming Superman family show, but I'll probably just wait and binge it eventually. The Brandon Routh Superman show would've been a much better concept. An old vetern version of Superman unencumbered by all past supporting casts. An old fashioned Superman trying to live in today's world with new friends, and love interests that don't have 80 years of backstory to sift through. Plus, his son with Lois who's still alive, and maybe blames his Dad for his Mom's demise. And is kinda pissed for the death of his Stepfather, and yknow having the fact he was a half-alien love child concealed from him when he was young.

I knew they was gonna merge the damn earths. It should've been one Earth from jump. They had to include stupid ass beppo bemmo beano whatever tf his name is for some reason. The meeting of the 2 Flashes was random, pointless, and really cool. I like that movie Flash. And the realization he never called himself The Flash in the movies was a shock and played up to quite well. It was the best scene in the whole goofy ass crossover. And, I guess whoever had a kid before this shit started ended up with an extra one. So does Black Lightening have 4 daughters running around now? Will Batwoman end up face first in Supermuff? How stupid EXACTLY will Gleek look when he shows up? He must've been starving being locked in that cage for untold years. I'd rather just random janitors named Marvin, and Wendy came strolling in with a mop bucket and interrupted the meeting. Where is fucking Wonder Woman?? They couldn't have got that bitch from the failed pilot to show up in her blue wonder pants to lend a hand?
