Well this year isn't starting off all so hot.

This fucking sucks.

I really wished I had tried to see his Off-Broadway show Lazarus. It's been the hardest ticket to get in town, a short limited run.

His new album was released this past Friday (his birthday) -- I ordered it yesterday and it's arriving Tuesday.

I'll admit, I wasn't really a fan of the guy's music and never saw anything he acted in. Nevertheless, he was an iconic musician, and I can completely understand why his passing has hit so many so hard.

I have a childhood memory of sitting on the floor (because children always sit on the floor?) listening to Starman and bouncing around on my bum. Then watching Labyrinth and not realising the Goblin King was that guy who did all those songs.
