Because it's supposed to be CELEBRITY Big Brother. The point is supposed to be seeing how celebrities act in the house, not someone who's already been on regular Big Brother, her mad racist mum and her mute boyfriend.
 
Very compelling plotline thus far! I'm enjoying the show immemsely.
