Do people get banned form here?

no, board policy is no-one gets banned from TK, ever......unless you are a psychotic, alcoholic old crone who threatens lawsuits against the board and its members.
 
Yes. There is one rule I know of that if you break results in banning. That would be revealing real life info of another member. Other than that its anything goes.
