Don't think don't speak

I had the No Doubt song in my head "Don't Speak" but I couldn't remember the words and thought it was "Don't think" and I couldn't remember who sang it, I started with Pink, but that was wrong.

What do you do when you can't remember a song but its sort of in your head?

Anyone familiar with any of the "Don't think" songs that seem to be out there? (I did't click on any of them)

The Sabrina Carpenter song where she says "I'm working late, cause I'm a singer" is in my head all the time, but I can't make out like 80% of the lyrics.

I often hear a riff or a part of a melody from a song in my head but I can't place the song it's from, and then my brain goes into overdrive playing the riff again and again in my mind until other little bits of it start coming back as well and I finally realize what song I was thinking about.

But sometimes I never get there. And that's when I start throwing things.
