I would gamble if the odds were in my favor and I could deal with the loss.

I don't know if either of those things are the case because...there isn't enough information to answer the question.

Keep it, with no law breaking...minor or major....for 12 months;
If u break any laws, loss for 12months.

Lets say the bet is that we both stand in front of an oncoming train, the last one who jumps wins $10. Double or nothing makes it $20. It might as well be that as soon as it's a bet about anything else for any other amount of money.

First of all, SuN said nothing about trains.
Secondly, noone's gonna die if both ppl jumped before the trains comes. 20 bucks for me.

Ill take the the bet regardless, the details are unimportant.

If you can make me up a T-shirt that says "This guy is a coward" on the front and on the back "Because he wouldn't play chicken with a speeding locomotive" I will wear it

People die from playing chicken with trains. They misjudge the speed of the train, or they get caught on a piece of track or something, or what if they faint right as they are about to jump because of the stress of it all?
