Dracula: The Series

Gonad

DON'T FUCK WITH MY TITLE BITCH
I just got volume one. A definite guilty pleasure. A. Lucard is cute, and it is such a goofy show. I am surprised it came out!

What? There was a Dracula series and no one told me??? But I Lurrve Dracula!!

I haven't watched it, but being a vampire show, I'm sure it sucks.

:rimshot:

LOL you guys must not know much/anything about this show. Campy? It is a half-hour family show based on "Uncle" Gustav Van Helsing, his two nephews (ages, um, 10 and 16, who are sent to live with him while their business exec. mom works,) and some 16-ish girl (played by Mia Kirshner) also lives with them. They are always going after Alexander Lucard, the European Warren Buffet who also happens to be dracula. Oh, the scrapes and hi-jinks, the silly schemes and crazy capers these vampire hunters get themselves into!

The dvd is only $5. I eagerly await volume 2, which will round out the entirety of the series.

Where can I get it?

I found it at Fred Meyer, in one of those cheap-o dvd displays full of horror/halloween media.

Beware, Mia Kirshner is not playing an adult!

Is this available in the U.S. of A.?

Dude, I live in the Pacific Northwest. I found it at Fred Meyer. Not online.

I have no idea what Fred Meyer is.

Oh, we have Ralph's, Food 4 Less..Fry's is an eletronics chain, wonder if it's the same?

How much'd you pay for it?

$5

it sounds like a deal. too bad we have none of those chains up here. :(

Whoa! Five dollars? You didn't mention they cost a fortune. We're in a recession, man! I can't be droppin' five hard-earned dollars on twenty DVDs! What the fuck, am I Rockefeller?

lol The show isn't exactly "high quality" and you will enjoy the high-tech cellular phones.

Heh, the phones we use today are more advanced than the communicators they used in the original Star Trek!

Can your phone contact a Scottish man in a ship orbiting the planet?

If so, what carrier do you have and what's your monthly plan?

iPhone 3G baby, and it's free from my work plan! Woo-hoo!
