I'm a little put off of seafood right now. I ate some terribly under-re-heated shellfish dish for lunch today. I didn't get sick, but the thought that I might have gotten sick irritates me. Tomorrow night it is cajun/creole soul-food night -- even though I did a report on the difference in college I really don't remember off the top of my head. I have already tried the alligator tail and was unimpressed, I think I will start off with the turtle soup and then get the brisket. I've never eaten turtle and I don't even know what brisket is although I might have had some at some point.
