African-Americans and MENSA in the same sentence?????? LOL. African-Canadians are the reason our high schools were 'destreamed' (dumbed-down). The parents of black Canadians complained that our high school cirriculum was too tough for their children. Strange that they were the only ones to complain. They stated this led to a mass exodus of black children from our schools in the form of dropouts. Odd since we have many Chinese, Pakistani and other ethnic groups who experienced the same courses as the blacks. None of those groups experienced dropouts and none failed courses at the rate of the blacks. Hence one sees the irony of uttering 'African-American' and 'MENSA' in the same sentence.
