I just realised that I uploaded the wrong freaking thing. This is an old version that was encoded badly by Video Vegas, I have a new updated version out that trounces all over it.
Since my connection is slow I will start to upload now but it may take a little while so please wait for the updated link, ignore the one in the first post.
