I've had the flu for a week now. Evil motherfucker took out me out. I found this and strangely enough I started feeling clearer in about ten min. Might be worth a try if you're feeling shitty.
Note: My wife had trouble with her ears when she was little. She ended up having one eardrum pierced to relieve pressure so she's not doing this on that side. If you've had something similar happen to you you might want to consult a Dr. prior to trying this.
