I've been searching on the net for any information regarding the Tenth Anniversary Star Wars Convention held in Los Angeles in May of 1987.

I found nothing. No accounts, no pictures....nothing. You'd think at least some fanboy would have dumped all of his pics onto the net.

Nobody.

Star Wars fans have disappointed me. :(

I'm taking a personal stroll down memory lane. I attended that convention, and I was just wondering if there was anything out there about it.

Specifically, I was looking for photos of me and Peter Mayhew, drunk, in a hotel room (that sounds a lot racier than it actually was. ;) ).

I've also been looking up old friends, kinda like a "Whatever happened to...?" kinda thing. I almost pissed my pants when I found out one of my long ago friends has been traipsing around the New York/Metropolitan area dressed as a giant banana!!

Evidently, he has a shtick. :bigass:
 
Genre/comic geekdorks are teh cool. Socially-awkward, yes, but pretty fucking cool, nonetheless.
 
I remember him as being a very funny, very cool geeky fanboy. I haven't even thought about him in years.

His hair, BTW, even at 36 years old, is still all the way down to his ass.

I'm glad he still sees the joy in life. :)
 
No, we were never intimate. Only pals. I had my eye on someone else in the group...and eventually did bag him. ;)
