Are making me fucking miserable
"Eat Honey!" So I did, I have, I have been eating local honey this whole time and I notice no changes. HOw much fucking honey do I need to eat?
"Change up your allergy meds every couple of years, or season" So I did and I get relief for 3 days.
"Use a neti-pot" I do.
"Do this, do that" I do.
I did go to the doctor about it (Pre-Covid times) because I was concerned that I take allergy medicine year round. She said that is common for this side of the state. That sucks. Becuase on the other side the only time I had to take allergy meds was during cottonwood season. Now it is year round, but this time of year I am fucking miserable. It is so dry here. I think I am supposed to be doing more saline solution as well to try to moisturize my nose. And I could probably get out the humidifier again, I usually just use that in the winter.
