I don't get much support here in the Big Apple for my views on this rivalry.

1st: NY Mets fan, but they choked after Labor Day
2nd: Boston Red Sox fan, having grown up in New England
Above all: Yankee hater, and will be till Fat George Steinbrenner, simply put, DIES.

So we all want the Sox to kill the Yanks, and Cleveland to win so the Yanks are SHUT OUT OF THE POSTSEASON FUKAZZZZ!!!

Granted the uniforms aren't as skimpy and the legs and butts aren't as sexy, but I'll take baseball over foodie any day.

Doesn't matter. Randy Johnson is really on his game today, the Yanks are killing the Sox 7-2 in the 7th now. :(

But if Cleveland keeps losing, the Red Sox will be the wildcard team in the playoffs anyway, so things are still looking up.

I'd be just fine with an Angels win if the Red Sox couldn't have it. The Yankees are out, and the Braves are out, so I have no enemies left in the playoffs. Except Roger Clemens. ;)
