On BBCA, the has a show called Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares.
He goes into a Kitchen in trouble, and works with them for a week fixing it so it works better.
If you are watching hell's Kitchen to learn, one hour of RKN is worth a season of HK.
Instead of "This is Fucking CRAP! YOU Are CRAP!!"
We get: "This is Fucking Crap! YOU And I Are going to Fix it, And Here's HOW!!!"

He doesn't pit the people against each other, he has to get who's there to work together better. It's much different seeing him work with people instead of just screaming and yelling.

He still says Fuck a lot, and it gets bleeped out, but the Bitch and Shit does not.
It's a much better show if you are watching to learn.

Oh, and did you know he used to be a pro soccer player?
