GTC's Poll

You would, Darth!

G is G. I've had to ask him to clarify his position at least once because his posting style led me to believe he was a racist among other things.

I'm a racist...and a homophobe

That poll is really turning out to be negative. Maybe that's what GTC was trying to show.

My faith in humanity is once again been squashed.

My faith in humanity has not been squashed. Of the 13 separate posters in that thread, four I didn't have a good opinion of anyway. One I usually have on ignore because she irritates me with her superiority attitude, one I think is borderline stupid and the "pot calling the kettle black," one I suspect has been sending me spam email, and one other I generally think of as insipid when not being out-of-the-blue deliberately insulting. Fortunately for me, those four posters are not indicative of the people I think of as humans.

I think the general perception may be that the 'hard core' TK'er's don't want to be a part of the EI community, that they have shown time and again that they are not at EI to be part of the community but to harrass, disrupt, and harm EI.

That they don't even bother to call themselves EI'ers when over there, but continue to flaunt their TKness and demand that EI bend over to accomodate them, but that they won't even try and be part of the community.

Just a guess as to the way things may be percieved as...

Really? I thought the general perception was that the majority of EIers aren't even aware of what's going on or don't care.

The poll seems to bear that out.

Perhaps your opinion only fits you and a few others. ;)

The results from the poll are a mix at this point and don’t show any dominant opinion.

I wish none of them had ever posted [ 3 ]** [10.71%]
I wish they would leave [ 5 ]** [17.86%]
They can stay [ 5 ]** [17.86%]
I like them [ 6 ]** [21.43%]
I have no opinion on the matter [ 9 ]** [32.14%]

I’m not trying to show anything or prove any point. I’d just like a better idea of what the majority of the membership thinks.

Not really a fair request because you know full well that only positive opinions will be allowed, as per the guidelines. Anyone who dares express negative opinions of you will be asked to edit or delete their posts, and you'll end up with a thread full of positives, just like you want.

You really do have this all figured out, don't you?

Perhaps Drew should drink less coffee? :-?

Poor Drew, can't really say what he wants to say.
Its a controlled snark.

But he has it all figured out....lol

Okay, now I'm envisioning CU's first post when he returns as being "Back in the Saddle Again." It is early in the morning and I'm creating werewolves so it is a bit weird. Long story.
