I just ( accidentally) bought a Creative labs Zen Micro 5gb mp3 player off of ebay.
hidden in the description, it says that it won't go past the startup screen.

Anyone know of any repair shops, or who I contact about getting it repaired?
In the tempe/phoenix, Az area.

I dunno. Those things are hard as hell to get into for anyone but the original company.

It may turn out that it'll be more expensive to repair it than to get a new one.

It'll be my $51 mistake/lesson for not reading the description more closely on an Ending Soon! item.

And I checked the Creative Labs website. There's nothing there but for warrantied customers.

You can try retracting the bid. But if the problem was clearly stated in the item description, you might be shit out of luck.

Might want to try contacting the seller directly also. He may work with you on it.

You can retract any bid. And I'd risk a negative feedback long before I'd pay some scheister for a broken item.

Ah. I've never had to retract one.

The problem with retracting is that I only had a 1/2 hour, and the seller did not respond to the email I sent .
So I emailed Ebay cust. supp. to see what they had to say about it.
I haven't heard back from them.
