I reckon he played it just right - enough to get them squirming and embarrased, but also enough for the audience such as myself to just relly enjoy it.

Admittedly he began to enjoy himself too much and flop over into pastiche - but hey, it was obvious he was chortling to himself while typing all that shit. Good on him I say.
