1. Every secretary of state has done the same thing. The rules for using personal e-mail accounts changed in 2014 AFTER Clinton left office. The right is making this and issue now in the hope it will ruin her chances for election.
2. It hasn't even been determined yet if the e-mails were work related or private correspondence. The right says work related, Clinton says private like wedding plans, well wishes and condolences type e-mails.

Well, here's the deal. Politicians across the country have, are and will continue to do the same thing. Conservatives give their people a free pass on this shit but go after Democrats for doing it. Hell, Scott Walker did it in Wisconsin. Every conservative I've talked either denies it or gives him a free pass on it. And now that the investigation has moved to court phase, his attorneys are demanding that the proceeding be held close door and away from the public.
Jeb Bush has done the same thing. Mitt Romney has done the same thing. Bush Jr, Cheney, Rice, the list goes on and on. But you don't hear conservatives either concerned about it or willing to hold their people accountable. And the only reason they're going after Clinton for it is because they know they don't have a candidate that can beat her. I pray it comes down to an election between Clinton and Walker. I love to see his smarmy, slimy lying ass wiped from coast to coast.
