In one of his posts, Elwood refers to a "soon to be Mrs. Elwood".

Is he seriously seeing someone? If he is, good for him.

But if he is, when did the CheekyMonkey affair happen? It had to be intense at some level for him to reveal that he wasn't a cop, and to voluntarily receive nude pictures from her.

It sounds like he had an online affair with CheekyMonkey while dating the "soon to be Mrs. Elwood".

If I have the timeline wrong, I apologize. I think I need more facts.

Kind of a whirlwind romance if you ask me, but it happens.

My understanding is that the CM thing was 7 or 8 months ago. He may have been casually dating his fiancee at the time, realized she was the one, so he broke things off with CM. This is none of our business, though. He has stated that the fiancee has kids, that he likes them and they he, and it sounds very nice for him. I wish him all the best.

As for receiving nude pictures? Well, most men are quite happy to do that, regardless of their attachment status.

Maybe I'm from a different generation, but if my boyfriend received nude pics from some chick he was chatting to online, I'd ask him to cease contact with her. I would consider it an indiscretion.

But I'm from an era before there were home computers, and standard practices have changed, I guess.

No judgments here. Just a struggle to understand a changing world.
