Fox Pulling Channels from Time Warner Cable in NYC Jan. 1st

I hate Idol. I don't need football. New episodes of Glee don't start up again until April. Family Guy sucks now. Plus I can view or download anything else I'm missing on the net.

And no more Fox News? THANK YOU JESUS, I AM A BELIEVER ONCE MORE!

I hope this goes on for months, until it gives Rupert Murdoch the stroke he's had coming for decades. Choke, Satan.

Interesting. That probably means my area too, since we're TWC. Big money grubbing soulless conglomerate versus evil hatemongering divisive soulless symbol of western decline...who are we supposed to root for in this one?
 
Hook up some rabbit ears to your RF jack on your flatscreen TV. DIGITAL PICTURE! And the DVR can still record it if you program it manually or something, LOL.

It's after midnight and I still have Fox and all its channels. Damn. I was almost looking forward to life without them...
 
I'm kinda glad. Just for House. And if I get to see American Idol too, that would be nice. Not that I watch it on a regular basis, of course. Heh.
 
I don't watch Idol. I don't watch college football. I can download what shows I like a few hours after they air (Glee, Sunday night animation).

When the baseball playoffs start up in the fall, I'd go to a sports bar. ;)
 
Rupert Murdoch may be one of maybe three people on the planet whose death I anticipate without shame. Fox/News Corp is The ŰberEvil among evil media conglomerates. knowing this, it comes easy. ;)

You are one dumb cunt. Fox OWNS the rights to House, therefore it would be most difficult for it to show up ANYWHERE without their permission. If Fox goes, House goes. Fuck, but you Americans are stupid. Only if Fox terminates their current contract with the production company may House be freed. Duh? For people who claim to know so much about business, you Americans don't know shit. We Canadians, we supposedly fucking SOCIALISTS, know far more about business than you do, which is most embarrassing indeed.

TWC has been practically SPAMMING this all over the place for the past couple weeks. Now, I hate TWC, but it's the only available option for TV where I live, so I have to stick out when it cuts out and when it lags so the sound and the pictures don't match up.

I'm looking at my area right now, and Fox (and Fox News) isn't on the list of affected channels. I've got the Food Network, FX, Fuel, and a couple Fox sports channels that could go out, but meh.
