Most folks won't bother to be involved. Heck the ones I know, won't even bother to post their opinions on the board any more. Because of the conflict they have recieved from the opposing side. Folks just get tired of fighting back.

Although I think it was brave of you to take that route and make the post.

I can't post on EI anymore. Some asshole put guacamole on top of chili. If the chili needs that much crap put on it to make it palatable, somebody doesn't know how to make chili. People who don't know how to make chili, shouldn't - there is enough crap on the planet.

eloisel - I has the very same thought when I read that thread. All that crap on top of a well made chili ruins all the work that goes into making the chili in the first place.. Why not just open a can of Turkey Hormel and warm it up. Who would know the difference.

I make my chili with roast beef, venison, tomato sauce, and the rest of the stuff that only I know and the judges like! Ain't nothing less than a 3-alarm chili around here.
