I have a mother fucker of a cold right now, due to the little germ bots that surround me daily (my niece and nephew) and I say, take the drugs if you can. Benadryl is crap though, my allergist said it's basically just a sleeping pill. You should take 10mg of Loratadine (generic Claritin) twice daily.
