Where are the people screaming about how the liberal media manipulated its audience with a photo of Condoleeza Rice with headlines leaving the impression she was in dispair when all she was was brushing hair from her face?

Hmmmmm.... where the hell are the people screaming about how the press lied to them? manipulated them? used them?

Tomorrow I will want to know something else.

Uh oh. I still want to know the same thing today. Why aren't the liberal big mouths who scream all the time about lying are mute on the subject of this lie? Is it okay for a liberal to lie? Sort of like screaming about the death penalty being wrong for murderers and rapists - people who actually committed a horrible crime - but wanting to kill innocent unborn babies because the parent will be a horrible parent and it would hamper their lifestyle.

Hmmmmm... still no explanation for why the liberals have totally blown off being lied to and manipulated when the lie and the manipulation feeds into their mindset.

I'm looking for an online source. Saw the report on TV news the other day. In the report, it showed headlines something to the effect that Condi is in dispair over the current mid-east problem. Underneath the headlines was a picture of Condi with her hand beside her face. She normally looks a bit pinched but the hand beside her face made her look as if she were scowling. Then the videotape of the conference at the point she made the gesture is shown and it clearly shows she was brushing something from the side of her face and not scowling at all. The photojournalist excuse was they look for photo ops to fit their version of the news. I thought that rather telling. As we have satellite, I don't know if it was a national news channel or local channel that aired the story. I have not found a reference to it on the websites for our local channels, FOX, or MSNBC. The only thing I've been able to find is the piece about USAToday manipulating Condi's eyes to make her look demonic and then pulling the picture from their website after people complained - but that was back in 2005. The story I'm looking for happened recently. I'll keep looking.

It's not usually liberals bitching about the lying liberal media it's generally conservatives or Libertarians. So one time in a trillion the media says something touching about someone in the Bush Administration, don't worry they'll cut Condi Rice down 800 to this 1.

I don't doubt it for a second. News, as a profession, is sure tanking with their current inability to report the truth instead of manipulating photos to make a person look demonic or to bolster a misleading headline and subsequent lie of a story.
