If you don't know, now ya know
I'll be going to Hawaii for Thanksgiving. Leaving that morning. We'll be meeting my Father-in-law (it's halfway between Japan and the East Coast US), and generally having fun.
So I've been telling everyone, and no fewer than FIVE people (mostly co-workers at my night job) have said, "Oh, you won't be having Thanksgiving dinner, then?"
Two things:
1. If it's Thanksgiving, then technically anything you eat for dinner is "Thanksgiving Dinner"; and, more importantly,
2. HAWAII IS PART OF THE UNITED STATES, YOU FUCKING MORONS! I AM CERTAIN THEY CELEBRATE THANKSGIVING IN HAWAII!!
