I like iced tea with a squeeze of lemon
and
a chocoate frosted shortbread cookie.
Where are those Girl Scouts when I want a cookie?
I have a standard policy of always stopping at any curbside lemonaide stand. The last one I stopped at had a brother and his little sister selling lemonaid and ice tea.
It was about 90 degrees. My work truck has poor AC. I had just worked eight hours on a frame up outside.
That might have been the best lousy ice tea I've ever had in my life.
Seems like those girlscouts always show up when I either don't have any money or I don't want a cookie. I wish I could get that one straight.
The last time I had lemonade from a sidewalk stand run by children, I ended up with a mouthful of pebbles and drowned ants
not to mention several wasp stings....
I know. Those Girlscouts and their parents are hounding me at work, at the store, at home, everywhere for weeks. Then, they are gone. I'm addicted to their little freaking cookie and they are gone! I'm not buying a big freezer just to hold Girlscout cookies in between their annual cookie drive.
