I saw it twice, back in 1987 or 1988 (I think). I remember the beginning, with the little rock that floated out into the audience. The second time, I took my 3d glasses off and was surprised to see how big it was on the screen.

I was mad because Captain Eo got all the credit when really if it hadn't been for the little furry/fuzzy flying thing undoing/breaking the lock/chains (okay, so I don't remember it very clearly, but I was somewhere between the ages of five and seven at the time) the crew would never have been able to defeat the evil lady with the long scary fingernails.

Is that show available somewhere? I would love to see it again.
 
I'm sure it's out there... run a torrent search on that bitch, I'll bet you 10 to 1 that it's out there.

I did see the HBO making of special hosted by Woopie Goldberg. They left out the furry/fuzzy flying thing... that was the big secret they didn't let you in on.
 
MJ torrents are hard to come by. I would be mildly surprised if you found Captain EO as a torrent.

I have it of course. I have 40GB of MJ related video on my computer but it is rare to find in good quality.

I would upload it but my internet sucks until I move over Easter and get broadband. Once I do I can upload it though.
 
That's cool. Don't go out of your way or anything. Why hasn't anyone released it? Don't they know that people would snap it up? All the MJ fans, all the Epcot fans, lots of people.

Bad Tour 88 is one of the most sought after musical events on DVD IN THE WORLD. Does Sony release it?


Like fuck they do.

As many Michael Jackson fans know, there have been limited releases of Michaels amazing live performances and we have had to make do with often poor quailty amateur recorded videos to enjoy and experiance the magic that is Michael Jackson Live!

Recently released was the Dangerous Tour in Bucharest which i must add is an amazing concert, but many fans had already seen this on TV when it was aired on many networks in 1992.

There are many televised concerts of Michaels HIStory Tour aswell BUT there are none for wat is arguably his best tour, and the tour that shook the world, turned it upside down and caused more people to faint, sing and dance than ever before...that is the....

BAD TOUR!

This Petition is to try and get the BAD tour 88 (the second leg of the bad tour with the better set list) released on DVD!

We were told by MJJSOURCE months and months ago that they plan to release somthing like this in the future but so far they have not replyed to any message sent by a fan regarding the subject...so

This petition is designed to show the need, the want and how SO many fans want to have this concert released. I feel that if we show that there is a large enough demand for this concert release then we will be able to have it released!

WE HAVE REACHED 1000 signatures. Now its time to let MJJSOURCE notice our petition.

I have emailed the following email to MJJSOURCE and im waiting upon a reply.

Dear MJJSOURCE Team and Michael,

The BAD Tour 88 is a fan favourite, it has amazing live vocals and an energy thats remarkable. The crowds in 88 were also amazing, they all had "MJ Fever" and in 88 the world stopped and took notice at Michaels amazing stage performances!

Over the past 2 weeks we started a petition to show you just how many people want to have a BAD 88 tour released on DVD. We set the signature goal at 1000, and we have already reached this and its still growing!

I recieved information from Karen Faye who said that it would be up to SONY to decide on the release, and she adviced that we would need around 50,000 signatures! (alot i know) But im sure that we can get closer to that thean we currently are!

I urge you all to spread the woprd and tell as many Michael Jackson Fans as possible about this petiton and get them to sign it!

This is one of many. The full petition lists for Bad 88 have now surpassed 50,000 easily. If I had Wembley 88 on DVD I would literally flip. I want it more than any other DVD that could ever be concievably released ever. The Bad Tour was just fucking mega.
