I watched some of 'American Idol' this morning

I want to smell dark matter
It was on tv and there was nothing else on don't judge me.

Anyway, it was the auditions which is always the only part worth watching. I noticed that the other two judges (the two that aren't Simon Cowell) are fucking AWFUL. They never say anything insightful or, like, anything. Whenver someone who clearly can't sing is on they just defer to Simon then after one of his "delicious" putdowns they act all indignant and are like "you're so mean!" And whenver it's obvious Simon and the black guy are going to say no to a hopeful contestant, the woman will say "yes" just so it seems like she's a nice person. FUCK THEM.

Anyway.
 
I actualy have been rather dissapointed this year already. Simon really does seem to have it in for gay people. And they've been letting in some gimmicky people. Of course, this early on, all you see are the bad people anyways. I HATE this part of the competition
 
You're actually putting some emotional weight into American Idol? You care enough about that show to actually love or hate certain segments?

OMG.

I knew that show was a waste of airtime from frame one. Simon, the person everyone loves to hate, and he's a bit of a bastard on top. Fuck that stupid show.

That show has put more people in the "hopeful singer/starlet" frame of mind that it sickens me. I am revulsed on a continual basis, mostly when I forget to change the channel during commercial breaks while I'm watching the Simpsons, which believe you me, isn't that often lately.

Fuck that stupid show, fuck it in it's stupid ass. I would FUCKING LOVE to beat the ever-loving shit out of every last judge on the piece of shit panel. Fuck them.

I'm never auditioning for that show again.
 
Well, during its home stretch, its a very very good show. Ratings wise, its the death knell of every other boradcast and cable network to go against it. Early on, though, I hate it and rarely watch it.

I don't watch AI at all usually. Caught a few early episodes because my brother and his fiancee were watching it.
 
I am a creative person, and hearing good music puts me in a good mood. You have to put up with a lot, but every once and awhile, you hear some real talent.

Yeah like that one that sang opera when she auditioned. It was shame they let her go just because she couldn't sing pop music as well.
 
I like AI. Even tho my favorite people always get voted out and teh ghey people always win. Fantasia for example, I hated her and she won! :rwmad:
 
I only watch for the bad early audtions AND BECAUSE NOTHING ELSE WAS ON and anyway no one agreed with my opinion at the other two judges are worthless so give me validation NOW.

Has anybody heard the Vienna Boys Choir album of modern pop remakes? Their cover of Madonna's "Power of Goodbye" is fucking awesome.
