Make it short and sweet. My time is valuable.

Nothing wrong with that. But he did get some results, yes? Not that dreary shit that occupies half of what's posted in GFHH.Sarek said:Well, they are!
Same thing happened when TK was created. A few were obsessed with Trek BBS and their "world" revolved around "trolling" it."
Look at Para. 5 years later and he's till obsessed with it.
Everyone got hot and bothered when I went out of my way to put down EI trolling. The PM was posted in the Bridge when it still had an air of secrecy about it.So you were blacklisted for posting a pm that had already been posted?
I think it's funny. I'm just not interested in organized trolling with that sort, and Cow's and CU's reactions to my thread surprised me. I don't know how, but I'm able to work people up over the dumbest shit.Yeah, we have people at work like that. They stand out in the commons area and smoke, joke and drink coffee all day. Ask what they do and it's "well, well, we work real hard doing, um, doing...... want a cup of coffee"?
They call themselves administrative personal. We call them a waste of space. Quite the similarity, huh?

Failure.
CoyoteUgly said:Well, here it is from my angle:
Back when the original bridge was in operation, I posted a PM between me and Cait from over at SC. I promptly forgot about it, but Messy saved it. Ok.
Messy gets drunk last night, gets paranoid, and posts it out in the open. He actually did me a favor... I had intended to save it for an opportune moment because it has some interesting statements in it. But if I released it, no one at SC would believe it actually happened, and Cait could deny it. OTOH, by releasing it himself, Messy gives it...well, about as much cred as can be gathered around here. Still better than me doing it.
In the Society forum, I questioned if Messy could read in there or not, since a lot of the permission masks for this places had been hosed. Messy indicated he could, so MM pulled the forum, and probably the Bridge as well. I told her several days ago I had some experience in permission masks and would do it for her, but she's terrified that if she gives me admin status for five minutes I'll wreak apocalyptic havoc on the board.
So... the upshot of it all is: a damning PM from Cait got released, Messy thinks he brought down the Society, but through MM's paranoia the Society and probably the Bridge too got turned off. For all she knows, Messy and I may have planned this.
All in all, just another day at Troll Kingdom.
