Is it for Fuck sake? Or For Fucks sake?

Oh for Fuck's sake is the long formal version. It implies everything has happened and it's bad.

Fuck Sake is the abbreviated, slightly exasperated but potentially time to avert the thing that might happen that's bad.

Example:
While searching for the dog shit smell inside the house, you discover it by stepping on it while wearing only socks.
"Oh for Fuck's Sake... you dirty bastard"

Example:
The dog attempts to shit in the front room
"Fuck sake! get out of the house you little shit."
 
Fuck's sake. Or, what no one has pointed out: Fucks' sake, in the event there is more than one fuck whose sakes you are concerned about.
 
My fuck is of utmost importance to you. It's only your failure to acknowledge this that has so far resulted in the state of dull misery that has plagued your life to date. You must become One with my fuck and align with it to achieve True Glory.
